Changing the size of text

All text on this web site can be increased or decreased in size. If you are having trouble reading our text at its current size you can change it by using the following commands:

In Microsoft Internet Explorer text sizes can be changed by opening the menu View > Text size > then choosing the size you need.

In Mozilla Firefox text sizes can be changed by holding down the ctrl key and pressing either + (plus) or − (minus).

Navigating this web site using a keyboard

“Access keys” are keyboard shortcuts which allow users to navigate around the website without having to use a mouse or similar device.

To enable access keys on this website a system has been added and is shown below:

  • S - Skip to the main content of a page;
  • 1 - Return to the homepage;
  • 2 - Go to the ‘About’ page;
  • 9 - Go to the ‘Contact us’ page;
  • 0 - View help and accessibility information (this page).

To use these accesskey shortcuts, Windows users should press the “alt” key together with the relevant number, then “enter”. Macintosh users should press the “Ctrl” key together with the accesskey, then “enter”.
